• Images, videos, copy, and other media uploaded to our platform

c. Ad Performance Data

• Metrics including impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, ROAS, and other engagement statistics

d. Brand Information

• Logos, product imagery, messaging, tone of voice, promotions, and other brand assets you provide

e. Usage and Device Data

• Pages visited, actions taken, device/browser type, IP address

f. Cookies and Pixels

We use tracking technologies to:

• Improve user experience
• Monitor usage and campaign effectiveness
• Track conversions from Bigged’s own marketing

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is essential to how Bigged works. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree that we use your information to:

• Train and improve our AI and machine learning models (in anonymized and aggregated form only, never exposing your business identity or performance data to other clients)
• Generate ad creatives and optimize campaigns
• Provide, maintain, and improve our product and features
• Monitor performance and identify bugs or security issues
• Communicate with you about updates, new features, and marketing
• Support sales, onboarding, and internal training

4. Model Training and Data Use

Bigged relies on data-driven systems to generate and optimize ads.

We do not and will not share your private creative assets or performance data with other clients. Your campaigns, creatives, and metrics remain siloed to your account.

We may use anonymized and aggregated patterns derived from ad performance data, creatives, and usage behavior to train our proprietary models.

This processing is:

• Essential to the functioning of the product
• Performed in a way that anonymizes or aggregates data to protect your business identity and confidentiality
• Limited to improving Bigged’s own systems - we never train third-party models with your data

Published ads that appear in Meta’s Ad Library are already publicly accessible. However, we still treat them with confidentiality and will not redistribute them in our marketing without your explicit consent.

We do not sell your data. We do not disclose specific customer performance publicly or in a way that identifies you without your explicit consent.

5. Third-Party Services

We may share your data with trusted third parties such as:

• Cloud hosting providers (e.g. AWS)
• Analytics and monitoring services
• Machine learning infrastructure providers
• Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate copy and automate campaign tasks

All third parties are required to meet legal data protection standards.

6. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to operate, improve, and maintain our services.

• Personal data is deleted 30 days after account deletion.
• Ad performance data is retained and used for ongoing model training and system improvement in an anonymized form. We will never disclose your performance data or unpublished assets without explicit permission.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored outside of your country, including in the United States, where we use AWS cloud services. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data
• Object to certain types of processing

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Personal data will be deleted within 30 days, though anonymized campaign data may be retained for training and analysis.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
